Community Guidelines

Our Core Beliefs

We are committed to providing compassionate, inclusive, and culturally respectful care to all families. We recognize that every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience is unique, and we honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and traditions that shape each family’s journey.

Equity is central to our work. We actively challenge systems of oppression and strive to ensure that every family – especially those historically marginalized – has access to respectful, affirming, and evidence-based care. We believe that all families deserve to be seen, heard, and supported in ways that reflect their lived experiences and values.

We are here not only to help families survive the transition into parenthood, but to thrive – physically, emotionally, and socially.
